senior warehouse manager - koropi

Our Wholesale team, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for Alpha Dianomes to lead and guide our warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in all operations. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and play a critical role in streamlining our supply chain activities.

The position is based in Koropi.

What you’ll do:

- Lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated warehouse team to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate operations.

- Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

- Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

- Participate in budget development, continuously monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service levels.

- Participate in recruitment, training, performance evaluation and development of the team.

- Develop and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels for both daily operations and peak periods.

- Implement and oversee robust cycle counting procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

- Work closely with the inventory team to optimize storage, movement, and stock turnover.

- Continuously assess warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational tools, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with IT to implement necessary system upgrades and integrations.

- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with other departments.

What you need to be successful

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters/MBA is a plus).

- 5+ years of proven experience in warehouse management ideally within the FMCG sector.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a diverse team.

- Experience with ERP Entersoft and WMS systems (Aberon or Mantis)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Fluency in English (written and oral).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory management , goods receiving and order picking principles and best practices.
