We are looking for a Senior Operations Excellence Manager - efood market to join our Quick Commerce Operations Division.
You’ll be responsible for streamlining processes, improving performance, and reducing costs while enhancing quality across efood market operations. You’ll need to bring strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and performance management, with a proven ability to lead initiatives that directly impact profitability and serviceability.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Commercial, Product-Tech, and BI, driving operational scalability and long-term growth. By applying Kaizen, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies, you’ll lead initiatives that boost efficiency and create measurable impact across the business.

What you’ll do
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and simplify daily operations through new tools and methods.
• Map end-to-end workflows and standardize SOPs across functions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address operational inefficiencies, reduce delays and errors, and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead process optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs; build operational performance dashboards and reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance operational skills and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members in operational excellence practices and tools.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Product-Tech, and BI to align process improvements with business strategy.
• Lead transformation initiatives tied to the Target Operating Model (e.g., site launches, new or upgraded systems such as WMS, TMS, IM).
• Develop business cases for operational investments and evaluate ROI.
• Contribute to budget preparation, manage costs for performance improvement initiatives, and recommend actions to optimize profitability.
What you need to be successful
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management and process improvement, with a proven record of driving operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Greek will be considered an asset).
