We’re on the lookout for a Senior CRM Specialist to join our growing CRM team at efood! In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of CRM campaigns that build loyalty, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth. You’ll work across all CRM touchpoints (email, push, in-app, etc.) and use the latest tech and tools to craft and optimize data-driven marketing journeys.
What you’ll do:
Plan, design, execute and optimize CRM campaigns aimed at driving user engagement, conversion, and retention.
Leverage all CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages) and experiment with multi-channel flows to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
Comprehend the full user lifecycle, build and support lifecycle communication strategies, from onboarding and activation to re-engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and optimize CRM campaign performance: deliverability, responsiveness, deep linking, and channel performance.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Analyze campaign results, report on KPIs, and share insights in order to increase CRM ROI.
Work with Business Intelligence to deep dive into customer behavior and identify opportunities for CRM growth and automation.
Support budgeting and planning of incentive-based campaigns in a cost-effective way.
Stay up to date on CRM best practices, new tactics, and automation workflows.
Actively contribute creative campaign ideas and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure message relevance and consistency.
Work closely with Delivery Hero’s central CRM team, to ensure we get all learnings from other entities across the globe.
Experiment with AI on all workflows of our CRM lifecycle.
What you need to be successful
Brings 3-4 years of hands-on experience in CRM or performance marketing within a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Strong understanding of user retention and growth strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Hubspot) and multichannel campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to generate actionable insights.
Solid experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with pivot tables and large datasets.
Familiarity with campaign reporting and KPI tracking to evaluate campaign success.
Organized and proactive with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, especially across multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Liquid syntax.
Experience with mobile-first CRM strategies and app engagement tactics.
