If you enjoy fieldwork, visiting points in the network, and building strong professional relationships, this role is for you! As a Partners Account Executive, you will be out in the field daily, supporting partners, executing commercial agreements, and ensuring top-notch product presentation.

What you’ll do

• Visit points in our network and inform partners about commercial agreements, benefits, incentives, obligations, and promotional activities.

• Execute and monitor the implementation of commercial agreements on-site.

• Ensure excellent merchandising presentation for products included in central agreements.

• Support partners with operational needs (e.g. equipment, materials).

• Document each point’s setup and merchandising with photos.

• Monitor competitors and provide useful insights to the team.

• Build and strengthen professional relationships through consistent communication.

• Clearly explain the benefits and added value partners receive through our programs.

• Take responsibility for achieving qualitative and quantitative targets in your area.

• Communicate and implement advertising agreements at network points.

• Advise partners on product placement and stock optimization to maximize profitability.

What you need to be successful

• Previous experience in a Sales Field or Merchandising role.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on attitude.

• Understanding of key retail KPIs and the ability to analyze store performance.

• Flexibility to travel frequently and visit stores.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
