As an Editorial Ops Agent at efood, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our platform work seamlessly, ensuring our restaurant and retail partners shine with top-tier menus and assortments. Whether it’s a first-time launch or a major update, your work will help define the customer experience, boost partner performance, and uphold the standards that make efood the go-to delivery platform in Greece. What you 'll do:

• Create, review, and update menus and product assortments for restaurant and retail partners. Handle catalog-related requests such as menu updates, product additions, removals, and full menu restructures

• Ensure that all content meets efood’s quality, formatting, and editorial standards

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in menu data

• Use internal ops tools and project management tools to manage tasks and monitor progress

• Communicate directly with partners via outbound calls/ emails to collect missing information or clarify catalog details

• Handle inbound calls from partners, providing support and guidance on catalog-related issues

• Propose improvements to editorial processes and templates based on partner feedback and team learnings

What you need to be successful

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal

• High attention to detail, with a strong sense of structure, accuracy, and consistency

• Being Tech-savvy and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools will help you greatly in the role

• Self-starter with a ''can-do'' attitude and a drive to continuously improve on your own processes while raising the bar.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (experience with filters, basic functions, etc.) would be a plus

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Experience in customer service, support roles, sales operations, or sales support is considered a plus

• Strong multitasking skills
