content operations team leader

As our Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team that creates and maintains vendor catalogues on our platform, including their content, menus, and photos. You will work closely with other team leads to cultivate a high-quality standard of service for our vendor partners in Greece and Cyprus, while also overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and 'Go-Live' phase for all new stores. This is a key leadership role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, people management, and operational oversight to drive efficiency and quality across the editorial operation.
What you'll do:
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead a team of 15+ editorial agents and senior agents. Create an environment of trust, development, and empowerment. Provide ongoing performance feedback and ensure your team consistently meets KPIs related to quality and productivity
Operational Oversight
Set structure, priorities, and direction for the team’s daily activities. Define clear workflows and ensure the team can efficiently handle a high volume of editorial tasks while delivering a high standard of service
Shift Management
Manage daily task assignment and prioritization, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right duties at the right time
Issue Resolution
Act as a point of contact for escalated cases, complex catalog issues, and vendor complaints that require senior attention
Data Driven Management
Use data to identify patterns, measure performance, and propose improvements. You understand how insights can transform operations and lead to strategic decisions
Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Develop ideas and initiatives to improve editorial processes and elevate vendor satisfaction. You'll connect the dots between our internal goals and the broader vendor journey. Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to improve tools, processes, and the overall vendor experience
What you need to be successful
1-2+ years of experience leading an operational team, ideally in content, sales or customer operations
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics and KPIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills (Greek & English)
A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude
