We’re on the hunt for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Business Performance Manager to join our Quick Commerce team! 🚀

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into action, driving performance, enabling informed decisions, and ensuring our teams stay focused on what matters most. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Quick Commerce, you’ll play a key role in overseeing business performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering insights that shape the future of our operations.

What you’ll be doing

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Be at the heart of our performance management and continuous improvement efforts.

• Act as a trusted partner across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress.

• Collaborate with Logistics, CX, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to execute key initiatives.

• Influence decision-making by delivering strategic recommendations and actionable insights.

Business Performance

• Drive core business management processes — daily cadences, weekly/monthly business reviews, forecasting, and planning.

• Own performance reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and high-quality insights.

• Challenge results against OKRs and budgets, proposing corrective actions where needed.

• Champion reporting enhancements, automation, and scalable data solutions.

Advanced Analytics & Strategic Insights

• Lead deep-dive analytical projects to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities.

• Provide financial and operational analysis to support business commentary and decision-making.

• Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from scope to delivery.

• Define project KPIs, ensure alignment, and monitor progress to achieve strategic outcomes.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to turn ideas into results.

P&L Analysis and Insights

• Lead forecasting and scenario planning to support financial discipline.

• Identify and drive initiatives that improve revenue streams, cost efficiency, and unit economics.

What you need to be successful

• 3–6 years of experience in business performance, strategy, operations, or consulting.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership.

• Expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex insights into simple, compelling recommendations.

• A proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset.

• A love for fast-paced, dynamic environments where collaboration is key.
