We are looking for a Portfolio Strategy Analyst to join our high caliber Strategy team.
Role
You will have the responsibility to contribute to portfolio segmentation, defining the debt management strategy and to closely follow performance and development of portfolios so to identify opportunities and risks, as well as ensure the achievement of respective business plans. You will support the business in its effort for continuous improvement and cooperate with high professional teams across the company.
Key Accountabilities
- Create deep-dive analysis to substantiate proposals to management
- Monitor portfolio performance against targets (KPIs) and propose initiatives to improve performance
- Oversee portfolio assignments and ensure operational integrity with both channels & systems
- Prepare & review presentation material for the executive management
- Communicate with intra-group counterparties for strategy alignment (channels, branches, BPM, legal operations etc.)
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Banking or Debt Restructuring
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analysis or other quantitative discipline
- Advanced knowledge of relational database structures & SQL proficiency
Core Competencies & Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills that lead to creation of insights via quantitative modelling and data visualization tools
- Target oriented with skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, including written and oral communication skills both in Greek and in English language
