The role of the Group IT Service Manager will involve managing the IT service portfolio and overseeing the lifecycle processes provided by doValue Group IT to its subsidiaries. This position will also offer guidance and thought leadership on the evolution of doValue Group IT services, advise on the progression of services through their lifecycle, and manage the overall service portfolio. Additionally, the Group IT Service Manager may be involved in, lead, or advise on the development of new services and products, whether they are similar to existing solutions or entirely new offerings. This will be done using a consistent set of service lifecycle management processes and tools to track, report on, compare, and provide recommendations for all services in the portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
• Effectively collaborate with business users at Group and local level to ensure the IT service portfolio evolves in line with doValue’s business & IT goals
• Develop, maintain, and apply service lifecycle management processes (including performance management processes and reporting).
• Ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met at all organizational levels
• Manage the budget for the IT services portfolio aligned to IT budget and cost reduction goals.
• Build a collaborative environment with vendors to foster innovation in service outcomes.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
• minimum 2 years of relevant IT and business work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
• Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver services on time and within budget.
• Ability to translate technical language into meaningful, outcome-centric language for customers

• Ability to manage relationships and network with both IT and business partners
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
