We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across both corporate office and retail store functions, supporting the continued growth of a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for office and retail store positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
Conduct CV screening and initial candidate evaluations aligned with role requirements.
Coordinate and support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback collection.
Create, post, and manage job ads across multiple recruitment platforms.
Participate in and represent the company in career fairs and recruitment events.
Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and KPIs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with HR team members on broader initiatives including CSR activities, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.
Skills Required:
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
Proven experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within retail or multi-site organizations.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and reporting tools.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience in using ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally within HR.
Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
