This role combines a strong sense of aesthetics with a sharp commercial mindset, translating fashion trends into compelling on-site experiences, campaigns and communications that drive engagement and sales.
Key accountabilities:
Own the digital merchandising of the Fashion category, ensuring a premium, inspiring and commercially effective presentation across all touchpoints.
Curate and execute category pages and campaign activations, aligning visual storytelling with business goals.
Drive product selection and storytelling for newsletters, campaigns and CRM communications, in line with brand positioning.
Collaborate closely with CRM & Performance teams to shape weekly communications and maximize conversion.
Monitor and continuously optimize the on-site customer journey, ensuring a seamless, intuitive and elevated user experience.
Translate trends, seasonality and trade performance into actionable merchandising strategies.
Partner with Buying & Marketing teams to support launches, highlight key products, and push high-potential or high-stock items.
Be highly involved in campaign planning and execution, ensuring consistency across site, email and other digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Merchandising / E-commerce, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, brands and visual storytelling.
Ability of combining aesthetic judgment with commercial thinking.
Experience working with CMS platforms.
Advanced MS Office skills (Especially Excel).
Fluency in English.
Photo editing skills will be considered a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
