As a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for all learning & talent management initiatives in our organization. You will work closely with the HR Director & line managers to deliver training programs for new and existing employees based on the needs of the organization.
Key accountabilities
Organize and deliver training sessions for various roles in the company.
Participate in the design of training programs by editing, developing, updating and maintaining training materials and tools.
Identify areas in employees’ skills that require improvement.
Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training.
Plan annual refresher courses for all staff members.
Communicate with Vendors / Fashion Partners stakeholders around Europe concerning the training material of upcoming collections and coordinate their visits, or other trainings.
Work closely with the T-A team and the HR Department to ensure alignment and consistency across all learning initiatives.
Proactively research solutions and leading practices to enhance learning and development practices.
Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, utilizing a variety of training methodologies and evaluation techniques.
Proven experience in field training and on-the-job coaching, ideally within a retail or other fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
