learning & development specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for all learning & talent management initiatives in our organization. You will work closely with the HR Director & line managers to deliver training programs for new and existing employees based on the needs of the organization.

Key accountabilities

• Organize and deliver training sessions for various roles in the company.

• Participate in the design of training programs by editing, developing, updating and maintaining training materials and tools.

• Identify areas in employees’ skills that require improvement.

• Ensure that new staff members receive appropriate introductory training.

• Plan annual refresher courses for all staff members.

• Communicate with Vendors / Fashion Partners stakeholders around Europe concerning the training material of upcoming collections and coordinate their visits, or other trainings.

• Work closely with the T-A team and the HR Department to ensure alignment and consistency across all learning initiatives.

• Proactively research solutions and leading practices to enhance learning and development practices.

Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.

• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, utilizing a variety of training methodologies and evaluation techniques.

• Proven experience in field training and on-the-job coaching, ideally within a retail or other fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
