The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient management of daily warehouse activities, from inventory and order handling to staff coordination and collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.

• Manage inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.

• Handle returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support the execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Skills Required:

• Degree in relevant studies. 

• Previous experience in a similar role — ideally within an e-shop or fast-moving environment.

• Solid knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of English (both written and oral).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-demand periods.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and hands-on approach.
