The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting and commercial operations of the Purchasing Department, ensuring the accurate registration, monitoring and management of financial records and invoices, while maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.
Key accountabilities:
Registering invoices and accounting documents in the ERP system (SAP).
Communicating with local and international suppliers.
Reviewing and verifying invoicing documents based on commercial agreements.
Creating and monitoring forecasts related to:
- merchandise returns
- urchasing turnover
- discount participationMonitoring forecasts regarding timely payment of guaranteed gross profit.
Collaborating closely with stores, warehouses and the commercial department.
Resolving issues to ensure the smooth execution of all related processes.
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be considered an asset).
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to manage workload effectively and perform under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
