Zeus International Hotels and Resorts is seeking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR operations across our properties, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent

• Monitor and evaluate hotel staff productivity, providing guidance to ensure optimal performance

• Design and implement Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression

• Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, maintaining alignment with company standards and Greek labor regulations

• Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, company policies, and manage administration efficiency through accurate documentation, employee files, and system records

• Lead training and coaching across hotel departments

• Collaborate with Management on staff planning, budgeting, and organizational structure improvements

•  Contribute to employer branding and talent retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree in HR Management or Labor Relations, is an advantage

• Proven experience as an HR Manager- ideally within the hospitality sector

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices in Greece, along with Payroll processing and management

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-property environment

• Fluency in English and Greek required

• Integrity and confidentiality with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
