Our Team is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and branding Team at our corporate headquarters in Athens. This role is key in visually representing the identity of our luxury Hotels & Resorts portfolio through various digital and print assets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and experienced in working within brand guidelines to create consistent and impactful materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital ads, social media graphics, posters, newsletters, and event collateral

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual concepts aligned with brand strategy and seasonal campaigns

• Develop branding and signage materials for individual hotel properties

• Assist in the creative direction and production of content for digital platforms and websites

• Prepare files for both print and digital output, ensuring quality and consistency across all media

• Maintain and update the media and asset library for the company

• Support new hotel openings and special projects with creative assets

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms

• Work with external agencies and printers when needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (hospitality or luxury brand experience is a plus)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense

• Knowledge of basic motion design or video editing (is considered a plus)

• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

• Understanding of AI-driven design tools and how they can enhance creative processes.
