As our General Manager, you will lead the overall operations of luxury resorts or city Hotels, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Drawing on your extensive experience in luxury hospitality, you will oversee all aspects of management, from guest services to facilities maintenance, while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among our dedicated staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the executive team in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve resort goals and objectives

• Oversee all operational departments, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and recreation, to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences

• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, guest preferences, and industry standards to drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, empowering and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve their full potential.

• Monitor financial performance, budgetary goals, and key performance indicators, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and maximize profitability

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests, drive occupancy, and increase revenue

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and local authorities, to enhance the resort&
  39;s reputation and community engagement

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and brand standards to maintain the resort&
  39;s reputation for excellence

• Lead by example in upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, serving as a role model for our team members

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, innovation, and professional development among team members

• Represent the resort at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships

• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations at every opportunity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master&
  39;s degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in luxury resorts or all-inclusive resorts or city hotels , with a proven track record of success in operational leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial management

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset, able to anticipate and respond effectively to changing market dynamics and guest expectations

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and deliver results in a competitive market environment

• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, industry trends, and best practices

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage through change, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
