We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Banquet Service to support the execution of various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and parties. You will be responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. This is a key role that helps ensure the smooth running of all banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor according to the event plan
• Service Duties: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous manner during events
• Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests and needs throughout the event, providing excellent customer service
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep banquet areas clean during the event, clear tables, and ensure that everything is well-organized
• Post-Event Breakdown: Assist with cleaning and resetting the event space once the event concludes, including storing equipment and resetting tables
• Team Support: Work closely with other banquet team members and the banquet captain to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in banquet service or food and beverage service is helpful but not required. Training will be provided
• Skills:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Attention to detail in service and setup
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry items up to 20 kg
