This is a great career opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist to join one of our affiliated Companies and drive impactful influencer campaigns and strengthen our global brand presence. 

This role is hands-on and strategic, giving you the opportunity to shape how our brand connects with audiences through content creators and influencer partnerships. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, ensuring every initiative reflects our brand identity and delivers measurable results. 

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you’ll work closely with our Content, Social Media, and Design teams to craft compelling influencer campaigns. From campaign planning and relationship building to execution and performance analysis, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving engagement worldwide. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Lead the execution of influencer and content creators strategies and campaigns that resonate and create genuine advocacy for our brand 

• Coordinate and ensure the delivery of all company influencer activities and direct media buys from well fitted domains in the fintech space 

• Identify emerging trends within the space to ensure our approach remains relevant and engaging 

• Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers and community groups of users appropriate for our brand 

• Drive the negotiation of contracts with influencers and agents to ensure fair pricing 

• Monitor the campaign budget to ensure ROI from influencer marketing is maximised 

• Report back to the business on all influencer related activity, ensuring KPIs are met 

• Analyse the data gleaned from activity and reporting to help better shape future strategies 

Main requirements:

• Degree in Social Media, Marketing, New Media, Fine Arts or a related field 

• At least 3 years of professional social media or influence marketing experience 

• Experience within the forex industry will be considered an advantage 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Ability to analyse and report on latest trends 

• Effective time and project management skills in a professional setting 

• Ability to collaborate and excel in a team environment 

• High attention to detail
