We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Content QA Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the final checkpoint before content goes live — ensuring every word, visual, and format meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Proofread and edit all English content before design, ensuring clarity, correct grammar, and consistency with brand tone and writing guidelines.
• Review final designed assets (e.g., banners, emails, PDFs, web pages) to catch typos, formatting issues, layout inconsistencies, and copy/paste errors introduced during production.
• Validate that each deliverable meets its objective, aligns with the original brief, and reflects accurate, on-brand, and compliant messaging visually and verbally.
• Ensure advertising policies and channel-specific limitations are followed across all campaigns and platforms.
• Check how content displays and functions across platforms and devices (e.g., mobile, desktop, major browsers), flagging broken links, formatting issues, or visual discrepancies.
• Help ensure content is legally compliant and publication-ready, with structured checks at every production stage.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues, uphold consistency, and maintain quality across projects.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Journalism or another related field.
• Native or near-native level of English with excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in content QA, editing, or marketing quality control.
• Extreme attention to detail with a passion for catching even the smallest inconsistency.
• Experience within the financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage
• Understanding of design production processes and ability to review final assets for layout and formatting accuracy.
• Familiarity with QA processes, content workflows, and collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, Jira)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
