The Business Development Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of business development activities. This role will be pivotal in streamlining processes, coordinating training and onboarding, maintaining quality assurance, and managing key projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional offices to support the delivery of business development objectives.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Assist in the development and implementation of standardized procedures for business development activities, continuously optimize processes, and document updates to relevant teams
Support the development and optimization of standardized processes for business development activities within the Client Relations department
Coordinate onboarding and training programs, ensuring new team members are effectively integrated and up to date with products, procedures, and strategies
Act as a central point of contact for process updates, training materials, and project coordination, ensuring clear communication across teams and regions
Contribute to quality assurance practices by conducting reviews, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in the planning and execution of business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across cross-functional teams
Prepare and analyse reports on business development activities, training initiatives, and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support continuous improvement by identifying process and product enhancements based on data, feedback, and project outcomes
Main requirements:
Degree in in Business Administration or in any Business-related field
2- 4 years of experience in business development, operations coordination, or a similar role
Experience within fintech, tech financial services, crypto, neobanks, online gaming, or other high-growth digital platform industries will be considered an advantage
Proven experience deploying AI tools and automated workflows to scale major customer growth engines and client relations processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Strong interest in or experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate process optimisation and improve operational efficiency
Very good oral and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
