We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Verification Officer team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Review client documents for KYC purposes
Communicate with clients for additional documents that may be required for the validation process
Handle client email requests for account verification
Follow up and be up to date with relevant internal procedures
Act in the best interest of the company at all times and cooperate with the Customer Experience team and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service
Effectively communicate with the Compliance department when needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Perform other related tasks as required
Main requirements:
Degree in a business-related field
Experience in a similar position will be a plus
Fluent in Arabic and excellent oral and written skills in English
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and client handling skills
Hard working and able to cope under pressure
Excellent computer literacy
Valid work permit
