Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι end-to-end disputes και chargebacks καρτών Visa και Mastercard.
- Συλλέγεις, ελέγχεις και αξιολογείς τα υποστηρικτικά έγγραφα.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι έγκαιρα τα disputes σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες των card schemes.
- Επικοινωνείς με εσωτερικές ομάδες, merchants και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
- Παρακολουθείς τα dispute cases και κάνεις follow-up έως την επίλυσή τους.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και reporting.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διαχείριση disputes και chargebacks, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης μεγάλου όγκου cases και deadlines.
- Γνώση κανόνων και διαδικασιών chargeback Visa, Mastercard και American Express.
- Έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση documentation με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
- Εμπειρία σε banking ή payments και εξοικείωση με dispute management systems και tools.
- Επικοινωνία με merchants και stakeholders.
- Επάρκεια στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα
