Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι και αναπτύσσεις ομάδα 2-4 Shift Leads.
- Εξασφαλίζεις ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία καταστήματος και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων.
- Σχεδιάζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι το πρόγραμμα εργασίας των βαρδιών.
- Παρακολουθείς επίπεδα σπατάλης και ελέγχεις το φαγητό που πετιέται.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές συναντήσεις.
- Επικοινωνείς και συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την επιλογή και διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων.
- Αναλαμβάνεις την παραλαβή και παραγγελία προϊόντων και προμηθειών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη και λειτουργία του καταστήματος, περιλαμβανομένων εξοπλισμών και υποδομών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε Leadership και Team Management.
- Ικανότητα multitasking και τεχνολογική εξοικείωση.
- Προσανατολισμός στην Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών και επικοινωνία.
- Γνώση Data Analysis και Operational Management.
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και καλή γνώση Αγγλικής.
- Προσαρμοστικότητα σε γρήγορο και δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

Getting the essentials right
Our story began in Helsinki – the capital of Finland. Low population density, no strong takeaway or delivery culture and high labor costs made it a tough nut to crack. And let’s be honest, the weather didn’t help. But it gave us a chance to focus on the essentials, like building our tech and making our operations as smooth as possible.

From day one we built our tech with scaling in mind. This allows us to operate efficiently in small countries with a population of only one million – or in cities with just 10,000 people living in our delivery area.
