- Ηγείσαι ομάδας 20 ατόμων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε παντοπωλείο ή λιανική
- Ικανότητα ηγεσίας ομάδας
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών καθηκόντων ταυτόχρονα
- Ευελιξία βαρδιών και διαθεσιμότητα 40 ωρών εβδομαδιαίως
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Διαχείριση KPIs και διαδικασιών καταστήματος

Βασικά Καθήκοντα
Στενή συνεργασία με τον Store Manager για την επίτευξη των καθημερινών KPIs του καταστήματος
Διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος και ανάληψη του ρόλου του υπεύθυνου όταν ο Store Manager απουσιάζει
Επίλυση ζητημάτων στα οποία η ομάδα χρειάζεται υποστήριξη
Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση φόρτου εργασίας, διοικητικών καθηκόντων και ομαλής λειτουργίας της ομάδας
Συλλογή και συζήτηση ανατροφοδότησης (feedback)
Ενεργή συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη των διαδικασιών του καταστήματος
Ικανότητες ηγεσίας μιας ομάδας 20 ατόμων

Εμπειρία σε παντοπωλείο/λιανική, ιδανικά ως Shift Lead
Είσαι ενεργητικό άτομο, προσανατολισμένο στην εξυπηρέτηση, μαθαίνεις γρήγορα και μπορείς να διαχειριστείς πολλά καθήκοντα ταυτόχρονα
Μπορείς να εργάζεσαι 40 ώρες την εβδομάδα, με ευελιξία σε όλες τις βάρδιες από 07:00 έως 00:00 — πρωινά, βραδινά, Σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες
Έχεις καλή κατανόηση και χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

And let’s be honest, the weather didn’t help. But it gave us a chance to focus on the essentials, like building our tech and making our operations as smooth as possible.
