Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την επίτευξη των καθημερινών KPIs του καταστήματος
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την καθημερινή λειτουργία και αναλαμβάνεις την ευθύνη του καταστήματος απουσία του Store Manager
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα στην επίλυση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων και καθημερινών προκλήσεων
- Παρακολουθείς τον φόρτο εργασίας και κατανέμεις αποτελεσματικά καθήκοντα και πόρους
- Παρέχεις και συλλέγεις feedback για την ανάπτυξη και δέσμευση της ομάδας
- Συμμετέχεις στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών και στην υλοποίηση νέων πρωτοβουλιών
- Ηγείσαι και υποστηρίζεις ομάδα περίπου 20 ατόμων, ενισχύοντας τη συνεργασία και την απόδοση
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία σε λειτουργίες παντοπωλείου ή λιανικής
- Ηγεσία και συντονισμός ομάδας
- Επίτευξη KPIs
- Κατανομή καθηκόντων και πόρων
- Επίλυση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων και διαχείριση πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Παροχή και συλλογή feedback και βελτίωση διαδικασιών
- Ευελιξία σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες και Αγγλική γλώσσα

- Η εργασία πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά δια ζώσης στα καταστήματα Wolt Market.
- Τα καταστήματα λειτουργούν 365 ημέρες τον χρόνο, με κυλιόμενες βάρδιες μεταξύ 07:00 και 00:00 ή έως 03:00 σε συγκεκριμένες τοποθεσίες.
