We have recently launched our new product - Wolt Drive. Wolt Drive helps businesses grow with fast and reliable deliveries. Express deliveries for business is fairly new to both Wolt and Greece - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of!
As such, we need a Wolt Drive Specialist to support the onboarding and training of new Wolt Drive partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As a Wolt Drive Specialist, you will act as a key communicator between our team and partners in order to ensure optimal success.
What you'll be doing
- Onboarding partners into our systems and training them
- Handling support together with your fellow Wolters in our Support team
- Proactively helping partners in order to improve their performance
- Helping out with marketing campaigns for partners
- Finding the right partners for Wolt Drive
- Assisting the rest of the Wolt Drive team in any additional tasks related to working with partners.
Our humble expectations
- Experience or strong interest in analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
- Experience within account management, customer support or administration
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Experience in software development/implementation is a big advantage
- You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic!
