We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Atlantica Kalliston 5* hotel in Chania, Crete island.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, focusing on providing exceptional service, training, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure the smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels
- Train, motivate, and coach employees, ensuring staff are delivering the Atlantica values, philosophy and standards of service excellence
- Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to the company's standards
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort
- Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
