Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.
- Manage and prioritize reservations to optimize seating capacity.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with composure and efficiency.
Requirements
- Hospitality school diploma
- Previous experience of 2 years in customer service and front-of-house operations is valuable.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods or special events.
- Fluent in English
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other team members.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
