We seek an experienced F&B Cost Controller to join our Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes by Marriott in Rhodes island.
Education requirements & skills:
- College/University Diploma/Degree
- Fluent in English
- Previous Hotel Operations background will be considered as an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hotel systems (POS, Stock Control, Time recording System)
- Good communication and organisational skills
The F&B/IT Basic Control duties:
- Monthly Stock takes
- Entry of physical stocks and issue of stock control reports
- Cost Control
- Menu costings
- Monthly F&B Result preparation
- Control and reporting on compliance with control procedures
- Hotel Software Systems
- Point of Sales (management and maintenance)
- Front Office and Reservations Software
- Time recording system control
- ERP (Stock control)
- Inventory system hardware equipment and license entries.
- Emails management (setup and maintenance)
- Hotel Wi-Fi functionality
- The server room maintenance (Internet/VPN access)
- IT support in cooperation with external IT support
