We have an open vacancy for a ERP/WMS Functional Support Specialist.

What you will do:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in ERP and WMS systems, capable of supporting, configuring, and optimizing the company’s business processes (logistics, warehouse, sales, procurement).

The role focuses on the functional side of our business applications, ensuring smooth daily operation and continuous improvement of our core systems (Entersoft ERP, Aberon WMS), in close collaboration with key business departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for ERP and WMS systems on functional issues.

• Perform system configurations, testing, and documentation of changes.

• Analyze warehouse, logistics, sales, and procurement workflows for process optimization.

• Manage and monitor functional requests and enhancement tickets.

• Collaborate with Logistics, Accounting, and Procurement departments.

• Train and support end-users on new functionalities and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP and/or WMS systems

• Solid understanding of business processes (logistics, warehouse, sales, purchasing).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Entersoft ERP and/or Aberon WMS.

• Understanding of basic reporting and data analysis principles.

• Degree in Business Administration, Production & Management Engineering, or Computer Science.
