For the 2026 season, we seek experienced and talented individuals to join the award-winning Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in Kos, Crete and Rhodes islands as Cooks C.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specified recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that food safety standards are maintained.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow
Bring creativity to the kitchen by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines for food preparation and handling
Requirements
Culinary diploma
1+ years of experience as a Cook C' in a relevant fine dining restaurant
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
