Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is looking for experienced and talented individuals as Main Kitchen Cook B' to join the Atlantica awarded winning 5* hotels in Corfu, Rhodes and Kos islands for the summer season 2025.
The ideal candidate should have culinary experience within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional taste and service.
Responsibilities
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
- Assist in the daily preparation of food items when necessary
- Manage food quality and presentation
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant position within a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Diploma from a culinary school
