Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is looking for experienced and talented individuals as Main Kitchen Cook A' to join the Atlantica awarded winning 5* hotels in Corfu, Rhodes and Kos islands for the summer season 2025.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specified recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that food safety standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow
• Bring creativity to the kitchen by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
• Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines for food preparation and handling

Requirements

• Culinary diploma
• 2+ years of experience as a Cook A' in a fine dining restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
