We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

The APHI Resorts, Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing cluster hotel revenue by developing, implementing, and managing strategies to drive room rates, occupancy, and overall profitability.

This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning to ensure that Hotels under the APHI Resorts Cluster (Including AMOH Rhodes a Luxury Collection Resort) remains competitive while maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Monitor and analyse daily and weekly hotel performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Forecast and report on revenue and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
• Manage distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and GDS systems.
• Analyse market demand, trends, and competitor data to adjust rates and inventory accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
• Lead the hotel’s budgeting process, providing input and adjusting based on market conditions.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotions, special offers, and discounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cluster Revenue Manager or in a similar role within the hotel industry for at least 5 Years. (Marriott One Yield & Marsha Certification will be considered as an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with revenue management software and property management systems (PMS).
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
