Position: Front Office Agent
Location: AMOH Hotel
Department: Rooms Division

About the Role
As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, anticipatory, and personalised service in line with Marriott standards. You will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, handle guest requests with professionalism, and represent the welcoming spirit of AMOH Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide efficient, courteous check-in / check-out services

  • Handle room assignments, payments, and guest queries

  • Deliver personalised service and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments

  • Maintain accuracy in reservations and guest profiles

  • Follow Marriott brand standards in grooming, communication, and service delivery

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in Front Office within a 4–5 star hotel preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)

  • Customer-service mindset and positive attitude

  • Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera)

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
