About the Role
As a Concierge, you will create meaningful and memorable experiences for our guests by providing expert advice, personalised recommendations, and seamless assistance during their stay. You will embody the guest-focused culture of Marriott and elevate the luxury standards of AMOH Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and activities

• Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests

• Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure personalised experiences

• Build relationships with guests and maintain updated guest preference profiles

• Coordinate with Front Office and Bell staff

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards

Requirements

• Previous concierge experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of the local area, events, and restaurants

• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

• Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
