About the Role
As a Bell Boy, you are responsible for delivering friendly, welcoming, and attentive service from the moment guests arrive. You will assist with luggage, transportation, and directional support, ensuring guests are guided smoothly through their AMOH Hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the entrance and assist with luggage

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel services

• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities

• Handle transportation arrangements and assist with taxis, valet, or parking

• Maintain the lobby area and ensure a clean, organised environment

• Support Concierge and Front Office operations when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage

• Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation

• Professional grooming and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift and move luggage

• English language required; additional languages beneficial
