WINGS is looking for an experienced professional Project Delivery Manager to join the team and lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects in both private and public sector engagements.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and risks, and ensure high-quality delivery, leveraging a solid technical background to effectively bridge business and engineering teams.

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.

Essential skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in project delivery roles in ICT projects or public sector projects

• Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into project requirements and product deliverables

• Proven experience in team and people management, including task allocation and monitoring cross-functional teams

• Experience in vendor and contract management.

• Solid technical background and strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies with the ability to understand architectures, integrations, and technical constraints

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira)

• Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources and stakeholders effectively,  including installation and hardware teams, to ensure smooth project delivery

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered as a plus

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and aftersales operations, ensuring high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction
