- Υποστηρίζεις τη δοκιμή λύσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των δοκιμών μονάδας και επίλυσης σφαλμάτων
- Παρέχεις τεχνική τεχνογνωσία και προτάσεις για βελτιώσεις συστήματος και βελτιστοποίηση
- Εξασφαλίζεις ότι τα παραδοτέα πληρούν τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώσεις Enterprise Asset Management και IBM Maximo
- Εμπειρία υλοποίησης, ενσωμάτωσης και προσαρμογής λογισμικού
- Ικανότητα σύνταξης λειτουργικής και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης
- Ανάλυση επιχειρηματικών απαιτήσεων και συνεργασία με διατμηματικές ομάδες
- Εξοικείωση με μεθοδολογίες δοκιμών και διαδικασίες υποστήριξης εφαρμογών

Περιγραφή Θέσης
WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a Package Specialist – Enterprise Asset Management (AMS) to support the implementation, integration, customization, and enhancement of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, with a focus on Maximo-based applications. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams to deliver high-quality technical and functional solutions that meet business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Lead functional discussions for minor enhancements and improvements to existing EAM solutions.
Collaborate with design, development, testing, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement, integrate, and customize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, primarily based on IBM Maximo.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain functional and technical designs, models, configurations, and documentation.
Support solution testing, including unit testing and defect resolution.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
Educational requirements:
BSc in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Desired experience and skills:
Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, preferably IBM Maximo.
Knowledge of software implementation, integration, and customization of commercial software packages (ISV solutions).
Understanding of business processes related to asset management and maintenance operations.
Ability to create functional and technical documentation, designs, and specifications.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and application support processes.
