Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are seeking for a high-caliber Senior TA expert, who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical TA projects, leading key team activities and partnering with senior stakeholders of Vodafone’s Support Functions. More specifically you will: 

• Own and deliver leadership-level and critical TA processes with focus on Vodafone’s Support Functions (Finance, HR, Legal & External Affairs divisions), acting as a lead recruiter within our team and an expert consultant to senior stakeholders 
• Ensure the successful delivery of TA KPIs (ie. candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity), while leading team activities to further develop functional excellence and high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours 
• Partner with HR leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different functions, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring best-in-class talent 
• Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, co-working on special projects and acting as a local champion of TA process digitization and adoption of innovative functionalities in SAP Success Factors and AI-enabled digital tools 
• Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in internal and external career events 

Who you are

• You have gained 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a multinational environment, while Executive Search / Consulting experience will be considered a strong asset 
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment 
• You have strong critical thinking and judgement ability as well as advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 
• You have learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and restless desire for making the difference
