knowledge base web developer

As a Knowledge Base Web Developer you will be responsible for creating and updating digital training materials for new products, services, and processes. You will manage digital training content, develop learning paths, and enhance digital materials with visual elements. You will collaborate with various teams to simplify processes and ensure the timely and accurate updating of touchpoints.

More specifically you will:

•   Create and update digital training materials for new products, services, and processes.

•   Develop learning paths on the eLearning platform.

•   Conduct refresh trainings and support ad hoc releases with digital materials.

•   Implement eLearning gamification and simulations for learning purposes.

•   Enhance digital materials with infographics and other visual elements.

•   Generate reports and analytics on training material usage and effectiveness.

•   Work with teams such as Business Workflow, Resource Hub, and Digital Owners to simplify processes.

•   Collaborate in rewrite and restructure of intranet pages & knowledge base.

•   Check for outdated content and enrich pages with visual elements.

Who you are

Who you are:

•   Proven experience in web development and digital content creation.

•   Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.

•   Experience with eLearning platforms and digital training material development.

•   Strong collaboration and communication skills.

•   Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

•   Experience with gamification and simulation tools.

•   Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.

•   Familiarity with process simplification and content management systems.

•   Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English
