- Διατηρείς τον χώρο εργασίας καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα HACCP.
- Χειρίζεσαι, καθαρίζεις και συντηρείς σωστά τον εξοπλισμό και τα προϊόντα.
- Διενεργείς απογραφές και καταμετράς τα αποθέματα σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Επαγγελματικός καθαρισμός σκευών και καθαριότητα λάντζας και χώρου πλυσίματος σκευών.
- Καθαρισμός κουζίνας και διαχωρισμός και απόρριψη απορριμμάτων.
- Συμμόρφωση με HACCP και πρότυπα προσωπικής υγιεινής.
- Χειρισμός και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού.
- Απογραφή και καταμέτρηση αποθεμάτων και παραγγελία υλικών και εξοπλισμού καθαρισμού.
- Προφορική γνώση Αγγλικών και σωματική αντοχή.
