Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις 24ωρη εξυπηρέτηση concierge ως κεντρικό σημείο πληροφόρησης για τους επισκέπτες.
- Διεκπεραιώνεις ομαλά τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out.
- Διεκπεραιώνεις συναλλαγές πωλήσεων εντός πλοίου και χειρίζεσαι το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, τις cashless πληρωμές και το σύστημα ασφάλειας.
- Ενημερώνεις το infotainment σύστημα επισκεπτών και το καθημερινό ημερολόγιο.
- Αντιμετωπίζεις άμεσα τα παράπονα επισκεπτών και υποστηρίζεις ιατρικές αποβιβάσεις.
- Συντονίζεις και επιβεβαιώνεις τις ρυθμίσεις αναχώρησης, οργανώνεις ταξιδιωτικά έγγραφα και υποστηρίζεις εκδρομές και κρατήσεις.
- Ετοιμάζεις λίστες επισκεπτών, προσκλήσεις, μενού και ειδικές επιστολές της διοίκησης του πλοίου.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία επισκεπτών με χρήση IT συστημάτων, όπως MXP και Microsoft products.
- Επικοινωνείς με υπομονή, tact και διπλωματία για την υποστήριξη της αποκλιμάκωσης συγκρούσεων.
- Συμμετέχεις σε διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και προστασίας, όπως ασκήσεις εκκένωσης, πρόληψη πυρκαγιάς και περιπολίες ασφαλείας.
- Εργάζεσαι σε προγραμματισμένες ημερήσιες και νυχτερινές βάρδιες, διατηρώντας θετική στάση υπό πίεση.

The company expanded into the American market in 2000, establishing a sales and marketing office in Los Angeles, California. Since then, Viking has grown to a fleet of more than 90 vessels, offering river, ocean and expedition voyages on all seven continents.
