Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθαρίζεις δύο φορές την ημέρα 15–20 καμπίνες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων κρεβατιών, μπάνιων, μπαλκονιών και καθρεφτών.
- Αναπληρώνεις λευκά είδη, πετσέτες και παροχές καμπίνας.
- Ελέγχεις τη γενική κατάσταση των καμπινών και αναφέρεις ανάγκες επισκευής ή συντήρησης.
- Αντικαθιστάς γυάλινα σκεύη και μηχανές καφέ στις καμπίνες.
- Διασφαλίζεις την εμπιστευτικότητα και την ασφάλεια των καμπινών των επισκεπτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα επισκεπτών και παρέχεις εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Παραδίδεις πάγο και παρέχεις υπηρεσίες παραλαβής και παράδοσης laundry και γυαλίσματος υποδημάτων.
- Χειρίζεσαι σωστά καθαριστικά, επικίνδυνα υλικά και εξοπλισμό housekeeping.
- Διαχωρίζεις και απομακρύνεις τα απορρίμματα στους καθορισμένους κάδους.
- Συμμετέχεις στη μεταφορά αποσκευών κατά την επιβίβαση και την αποβίβαση.
- Συμμετέχεις καθημερινά στο “The Daily Reunion” για τον συντονισμό των λειτουργικών αναγκών της ομάδας.
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας, υγιεινής, Δημόσιας Υγείας και ασφάλειας στους assigned χώρους.
- Χρησιμοποιείς τον κατάλληλο, ειδικό για κάθε εργασία PPE και εφαρμόζεις σωστές τεχνικές ανύψωσης.
- Διασφαλίζεις την προστασία της εταιρικής περιουσίας, ιδιαίτερα σε δύσκολες καιρικές συνθήκες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα minibar των καμπινών σε κάθε κρουαζιέρα, όταν απαιτείται.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εκπαιδεύσεις, ασκήσεις πυρασφάλειας και διαδικασίες εκκένωσης.
- Παρέχεις υποστήριξη σε άλλα τμήματα και εκτελείς πρόσθετα καθήκοντα κατόπιν οδηγιών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Housekeeping και καθαρισμός καμπινών, με χρήση εργαλείων καθαρισμού και εξοπλισμού housekeeping.
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και διαχείριση παραπόνων, με έμφαση στην ποιότητα υπηρεσιών.
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά για αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών.
- Συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές Δημόσιας Υγείας και Υγιεινής και τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας και υγιεινής.
- Χειρισμός καθαριστικών και επικίνδυνων υλικών, με χρήση Μέσων Ατομικής Προστασίας (PPE).
- Διαχείριση εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών και τήρηση διαδικασιών ασφάλειας και προστασίας.
