Τι θα κάνεις
- Σχεδιάζεις και επιβλέπεις τη συνολική λειτουργία του ξενοδοχείου στο πλοίο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εκδηλώσεων και F&B.
- Συντονίζεις τα τμήματα Καταστρώματος και Μηχανής.
- Σχεδιάζεις τις διατάξεις κρουαζιέρας με τους επικεφαλής τμημάτων και διασφαλίζεις την ορθή εκτέλεσή τους.
- Επιβλέπεις τις πωλήσεις εκδρομών, μελλοντικών κρουαζιέρων και tour dispatches και επαληθεύεις τα έσοδα έναντι στόχων.
- Ελέγχεις το κόστος και τηρείς τους προϋπολογισμούς, επιβλέποντας τα οικονομικά, τα αποθέματα, τις προβλέψεις και τις παραγγελίες.
- Ηγείσαι ορατά, αλληλεπιδράς με επισκέπτες και πλήρωμα και διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τους επικεφαλής τμημάτων και τις προμήθειες για επάρκεια προϊόντων και αποθεμάτων σύμφωνα με τους στόχους και τον αριθμό επισκεπτών.
- Καθοδηγείς τις άμεσες αναφορές σου και υποστηρίζεις πολυπολιτισμική ομάδα, ενισχύοντας ικανοποίηση, παραγωγικότητα και διατήρηση προσωπικού.
- Συναντάς καθημερινά τους Team Leaders για ανατροφοδότηση και επιχειρησιακές ενημερώσεις.
- Διατηρείς συνεχή επικοινωνία με εταιρικούς συνεργάτες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργίας ξενοδοχείου και λειτουργία σε πλοίο
- Έλεγχος κόστους και κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμού, revenue management και οικονομική ανάλυση
- Ηγεσία ομάδων και διαχείριση πολυπολιτισμικών ομάδων
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά
- Βάσεις δεδομένων σε PC, υπολογιστικά φύλλα και συστήματα επεξεργασίας κειμένου
- Προμήθειες και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, διαχείριση εξυπηρέτησης επισκεπτών, πολιτικές δημόσιας υγείας και σχεδιασμός διάταξης κρουαζιέρας
