- Παρέχεις φιλική και εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν, με στόχο την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και καταγράφεις αντικείμενα lost and found σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες.
- Προετοιμάζεις λίστες ελλιμενισμού και επισκεπτών, προσκλήσεις, παραγγελίες δώρων και ειδικές παραγγελίες.
- Ολοκληρώνεις την επιβίβαση και εγγραφή επισκεπτών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του check-in και της συλλογής εγγράφων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ταμειακό υπόλοιπο, εισπράττεις πληρωμές και καταχωρίζεις πιστωτικές κάρτες.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία shore excursions και συνοδεύεις επισκέπτες για την παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας των εκδρομών.
- Ενημερώνεσαι για τα λιμάνια, τις εκδρομές και τις δραστηριότητες του πλοίου.
- Παρακολουθείς και επιλύεις θέματα επισκεπτών, καταγράφοντας κάθε αλληλεπίδραση στο εργαλείο feedback log.
- Εκτελείς Concierge services, όπως κρατήσεις εστιατορίων και άλλων δραστηριοτήτων εντός και εκτός πλοίου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Ιαπωνικών και Αγγλικών
- Front-of-house φιλοξενία και Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και Επίλυση θεμάτων επισκεπτών
- Επιβίβαση και εγγραφή επισκεπτών και Λειτουργία shore excursions
- Διαχείριση μετρητών και Συνάλλαγμα
- PC-based βάσεις δεδομένων, Υπολογιστικά φύλλα, Συστήματα επεξεργασίας κειμένου και Διοικητικές δεξιότητες
