The People & Culture department is an international and collaborative team that partners closely with the business to enhance performance through people. We focus on delivering impactful, cost-effective HR solutions that support strategic goals, promote a culture of efficiency and inclusion, and ensure the right knowledge is in place to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
Partner with local and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
Support change management efforts and organizational development projects
Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analytics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in an international or regional role
Extensive knowledge of employment practices in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functions
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel occasionally across the region

Additional information
