Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels in Greece or abroad, or luxury restaurants.
• Excellent command of the English language and at least one second foreign language.
• Professional appearance.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude with a willingness to contribute, knowledge, and effective guidance of the team.
• Knowledge of the Greek hotel market.
• Experience in staff management.
• Experience in organizing concept events.
• Experience in implementing hygiene and safety policies and procedures.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Graduate of a Tourism Business School.
