Restaurant Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar position at 5-star hotels in Greece or abroad, or in luxury restaurants.
• Excellent command of the English language and at least one additional foreign language.
• Professional appearance.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for offering exceptional service while effectively leading and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of the Greek hospitality market.
• Experience in staff management.
• Experience in organizing concept events.
• Expertise in implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Graduate of a Tourism Management School.
